1) Package Fees:

      4-Day Conference Package:
Includes: Conference Program, 4 nights accommodations at 4 star hotel, 3 meals per day, conference evening cultural events, farewell banquet, all site management & support services, interpreters, roundtrip airport ground transportation, local transportation between hotel and additional meeting locations)
      6-Day Conference Package and Post-Conference Package: 
Includes: all items listed above for 4-day Conference Package, plus 2-day/2-night Post-conference cultural program - including all tickets, accommodations, 3 meals per day, airport ground transportation, transportation for excursions and visited sites, guides, interpreters, and all management & support services).
   [Level B] (includes same features as above but at low cost Youth Hostel

2) "Conference Program Only" Fees * (Please notice that above items are not included under this option, and meals are additional)
Includes: Conference Program, conference evening cultural events, interpreters, local transportation between hotel and additional meeting locations.

3) Meals Only Fees (these are included in above "Package" fees, but NOT in Conference Only fee).
Includes: 3 meals a day, and farewell banquet.

 2) Complete and confirm information requested on 2nd page of this form, then confirm and click "Continue" to move on to PayPal website for payment. You will receive a confirmation from Eventbrite of your registration and selections. Please PRINT THE CONFIRMATION for your records and bring to conference check-in on-site.

3) Process your payment through PayPal - by credit card or bank account  withdrawl. At successful completion of payment PayPal will provide you with a receipt of your payment and items. Please PRINT THE RECEIPT for your records.

$30 discount off full conference program fee by 7-1-11 (see above)
 C) Group Discount (off Regular Conference Program Fee only):
$25 discount each off the full conference program rate for groups of 3 or more registering together (registering at the same time).
 D) Discount for generating Additional Full Cost registrations:
To assist in our efforts to subsidize attendance from economically impoverished societies, we offer a $50 discount to individuals for each additional FULL COST Regular or Student registration they generate (cannot be combined with group discount "C"). Registrants should list your name & address on their form. Rebates are given after all final payments received.

Full refunds are given for cancellations received in writing by June 10, 2011, minus a $300 non-refundable administrative fee. After June 10 no refunds are possible.

By design, and in cooperation with the reform agenda of the Jordanian government, the 1st Conference on Transforming Conflict (TC) is a practical conference, oriented toward direct engagement by all participants, with prepared presentations (workshops, topical panels, and keynotes) providing specific learning and stimulus for processing in facilitated dialogue groups woven throughout each day to develop productive ways for putting principles and skills into practice. Among planned outcomes are individual proficiency for increased civic participation in constructively addressing crucial challenges facing developing societies today, and the creation of a growing resource of training materials and network support provided to formal educational institutions for ongoing availability to an expanding number of individuals beyond the conferences.
